Removed the login/registration form. It is no longer relevant.
Reduced the site’s width a bit for better compatibility with 1024 monitor resolution.
Minor performance optimizations.

All of our video tutorials are now hosted by YouTube. This has significantly reduced the server load. Wow. I should have done this earlier :)
